I started Fowler & Co. because I enjoy business—the variety, the decisions and the satisfaction of seeing something improve.
Having led a business myself, I know the value of someone who can understand what you're trying to achieve, take responsibility and help you make it happen. It's support I would have valued, and it's what I set out to provide.
My career has taken me through international sales and operations to Managing Director, with responsibility for the whole business. That experience shapes how I work: understanding how a decision affects customers, people, delivery and profit.

I start by listening and asking questions. The people doing the work often understand things that don't surface in a management meeting. Making room for those conversations helps us get to the real issue.
You can expect an honest view, clear commitments and follow-through. I'll challenge something when it needs challenging, and I'm comfortable with difficult decisions. They should serve the business and be handled respectfully.
What I enjoy most is seeing the intended result become real: someone confidently taking responsibility, new business coming in, or a team resolving something that has held them back. That's what makes the work worthwhile.
